Who We Are:

Our group of accountants have over 25 years of combined experience. We work with companies and individuals to meet the fiscial obligations required by Mexican Law. We have clients from all nationalities involved in all aspects of business, from industry to touristic services. We are specialists at working with foreigners and setting up their new companies. We maintain clients from Cancun to Tulum. In addition to general monthly accounting services we offer financial auditing services, prognosis and evaluations, analysis of cash flow and the creation of financial budgets, as well as all other strategic financial planning.

General Accounting

Mexican Law dictates all companies  with foreign owners must contract a certified public accountant to report all fiscal activity.

This includes monthly preparation of required provisional payment of IVA ( sales tax) , ISR (rental tax), IMSS (social security), 2% quarterly social security tax; and yearly taxes are reported to IMPAC.
