Tourist- A foreigner who goes visits Mexico for recreation, health, artistic,
cultural or sport pursuits, a non paid visit, with
a maximum stay of 6 months
Visitor- A foreigner visits Mexico for an express purpose, not recreation. A visitor can remain in the Mexico for up to a a year
